Why is the dolphinarium in Barcelo so bad?

The tank in Barcelo is exceptionally small, it is concrete and devoid of any stimulation. It is 10 times smaller than the largest dolphin tank in Mexico. Dolphins are showing signs of depression and chronic stress
Barcelo dolphins are bullying each other constantly
Due to the tank being so small and the dolphins having no where to escape, they are fighting with each other constantly and weaker dolphins can not flea the conflict. A whistle blower has reported the death of two dolphins in one year in this tank alone, both dolphins died from injuries from the alpha dolphin
Barcelo Dolphins are going prematurely blind
There is no shade from the hot Mexican sun, also the tank is very shallow. This means the dolphins can't escape the harsh rays of the sun and it's common to see the dolphins being blind or with cataracts.
The tank is a hot bed for bacterial infections
Dolphins are large animals the size of cows and they're defecting in the small tank continuously. Although the water in the tank is filtered it's impossible to remove all the bacteria. The dolphins are perpetually suffering from bacterial infections. These infections also spread onto staff and tourists.
